It's that time of year again!

Our flu clinics are now available to book, both online or by telephoning Reception on 01726 829272.

This year we aim to provide even better protection against 4 strains of flu rather than the previous 3 strains by immunising you with the Quadrivalent immunisation.  We have also taken advice on the best time to hold our clinics hence the first clinic being in October.

Par's main clinic will be on Saturday 7th October, Fowey's on Saturday 14th October and Polruan's on Thursday 19th October.  We also have additional clinics on during the week.

As in previous years the immunisation will be offered to everyone over the age of 65 as well as those with a chronic disease including diabetes, heart, kidney or respiratory disease.  We also offer protection for Carers.

If you are housebound and unable to attend the surgery, please contact Reception when your details will be taken and one of our GPs or Nurses will call out to administer your vaccination.

New Patient Registration

You are welcome to register with the practice if you live within the practice area.

The Area We Cover

Our main surgery is situated in Fowey, with two branch surgeries, at Par Health Centre and on Polruan Quay.

Our practice boundary stretches from Tregrehan on the west to Lanteglos on the east side of the River Fowey, and north as far as St. Blazey.

If you move out of our practice area you should register with a practice local to your new address.

We welcome new patients at all of our three sites and to register you need to print and complete the New Patient GMS1 form and New Patient Questionnaire(downloadable via the links below) and return them in person to the surgery you wish to register with. Please also bring a form of Photographic identification i.e. passport or driving licence with evidence of your address.
