It's that time of year again!

Our flu clinics are now available to book, both online or by telephoning Reception on 01726 829272.

This year we aim to provide even better protection against 4 strains of flu rather than the previous 3 strains by immunising you with the Quadrivalent immunisation.  We have also taken advice on the best time to hold our clinics hence the first clinic being in October.

Par's main clinic will be on Saturday 7th October, Fowey's on Saturday 14th October and Polruan's on Thursday 19th October.  We also have additional clinics on during the week.

As in previous years the immunisation will be offered to everyone over the age of 65 as well as those with a chronic disease including diabetes, heart, kidney or respiratory disease.  We also offer protection for Carers.

If you are housebound and unable to attend the surgery, please contact Reception when your details will be taken and one of our GPs or Nurses will call out to administer your vaccination.

Use the link on the home page to order via The Waiting Room.

Repeat Prescriptions

Patients on continuing medication are issued with a repeat prescription card. Please either drop your repeat card into your surgery, or send a note.

Order online via The Waiting Room by clicking on the link on the home page.

Alternatively, click the appropriate link below to use our secure form.

(For Fowey patients)

(For Par patients)

(For Polruan patients)

In all cases please give us 2 working days notice; arrangements for collecting prescriptions can be discussed with the receptionists.

Please note we are unable to accept requests for repeat prescriptions over the telephone.

Polruan Dispensary

The branch surgery in Polruan has a small dispensary for the convenience of our patients. Polruan patients are asked to give at least 48 hours notice when they need a repeat prescription, in order to maintain stock levels.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
